For example,
"Now let's move on to the conversation. The teacher will do A. You will ask for B. Once done, let's do it again in turn."

会話のフレーズへ移動する誘導に時間と無駄に会話が増えるので、そこを改善すると良いと思います。

レッスン開始時間が1分遅かったです。まだ、慣れていらっしゃらないということもあり、レッスンが始まっても少しもたつきはありましたが、先生が褒めてくださったり、発音を直してくださったり全体的に丁寧なレッスンでした。何故かレッスンが17分で終了でしたが新任の先生はそういうシステムなんですかね（笑）
