I had a lot of discussion on Module 2.1 preparing to make a telephone call of DAY25 with Ramona-san.
In Reading question, I filled in each gap by using a proper word about the things we must keep in mind when making business call.
I could explain to her the objective in a telephone call in each of the four cases.
I also explained to her some actual situations which I have experienced in the past.
