At the beginning of the course, there were a couple of times when my child couldn't read, and the teacher just waited quietly without providing guidance, which made my child feel a little overwhelmed. However, things got better after we communicated later. Afterwards, the teacher gave my child a lot of encouragement and trophies. By the way, the teacher’s voice is nice and comfortable.
