I had a lot of discussion based on the Topic on Warm-call of Business English with Vheena-san. I could manage to reply to some questions related to situational dialogues.
I learned the 4steps for how to make a warm to a prospective client.
I added a few sentences for having the client have better impression.
During the lesson, I told her my experience about business practices such as exchanging the business card. I enjoyed the lesson.
