後日３月２９日のレッスンにおいて、照明の具合が悪く画面が不鮮明で顔が真っ黒でした。それでは音声のみでカメラの意味がありません。この点、善処するようにお願いしたところ、そのようなことを言うのはあなただけなどと言い、とても無礼な対応を受けました。
On a later lesson on March 29, the lighting was poor and the screen was unclear, making the face appear completely dark. In that situation, the camera is pointless since it is effectively audio-only.
When I requested that this issue be improved, I was told that I was the only one who had ever complained about such a matter, and I received a very rude response.
