I had a lot of discussion based on the Topic on After-sales Follow-up of Business English with Apechi-san. I learned how to write a follow-up email.
And I could manage to conduct the role play in conversation about subject line and purpose stated in Orral practice. I also learned the customer acquisition VS customer retention stated in Coffee break. I showed her my opinion how difficult it is for the company to get new customers.
