I had a lot of discussion based on the Topic on Retailing Customer service of Business English with Apechi-san. I could manage to reply to the two questions on what Retail customer service is and how important retail customer service is, which are stated in Warm-up. I could also reply to some questions based on Situational dialogue which she asked me.
I learned how to use indirect questions to ask for information through Learning goals.

I had a great discussion with Apechi-san about the news that the funeral service of anti-regime leader Nawarinui was conducted on March 1.
I also had a lot of discussion based on the Topic on Customer service of Business English with Apechi-san. I could manage to explain to her the reason why I selected the best one of all four customer service techniques for each of three situations stated in Oral practice. I enjoyed the lesson.
