Apechi

I had a lot of discussion based on the Topic on Gathering Feedback by Call of Business English with Apechi-san. I could manage to reply to the two questions stated in Warm-up.
I could also reply to some questions she asked based on the contents of situational dialogues.
I learned NPS survey structures consisting of two-parts of questions, Rating questions and Open-ended questions. I enjoyed the lesson.
